Mike was super helpful, he stayed up late to check us in, organised us anything we needed, bus tickets, driver for the airport and could organise tours etc if required.
The room was basic but comfortable.

There was nothing to like. First I was shown into a twin room “just for the night” .Why I didn’t know. Then on returning the next day around 7 pm I was told to move my stuff to a room on the third floor. No lift and no help. After that never saw anyone on reception and in the 5 days I was there no one offered to clean the room. The basin tap in the en-suite dripped constantly and the toilet seat was held on by string. The bed sheet had cigarette burns in it .
As above,
