• One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in Phuket ⭐
• Service is absolutely top-notch from start to finish
• We arrived about 2 hours late for check-in, and they proactively reached out via WhatsApp to guide us with the location and directions
• Warm and thoughtful welcome — they even had music playing in our room upon arrival 🎶
• The room is super cozy, spacious, and exceptionally clean
• Well-equipped pantry available for guests
• Includes microwave, plates, and all necessary essentials
• Unlimited water bottles provided — you can take as many as you need 💧
• Dedicated ironing area available anytime, which is very convenient

Отличный персонал - очень отзывчивый, добрый и помогает во всем, что только можно попросить. Отдельная благодарность женщине на ресепшн: во всем помогала, все объяснила, предоставила посуду, дала доступ к микроволновой печи, чтобы разогреть еду (так как мы питались в гостинице, хотя она и не очень подходит для того, чтобы комфортно питаться). 🙏
Очень удобная и комфортная кровать! Место действительно хорошее для сна (при условии, если окна номера не выходят на дорогу и с учетом некоторых нюансов конкретно по нашему проживанию). Место соответствует своему названию "Sleepy Place"!
В лобби довольно удобные столики, и работает кондиционер — можно комфортно посидеть, поработать или поесть.
На крыше просторно — с утра было комфортно делать зарядку.
Окна нашего номера выходили на дорогу, где постоянно, особенно в период с 22:00 до 01:00 проезжают громкие байки и тук-тук такси с громкой музыкой — слышимость очень хорошая, мешает спать. В нашем номере был засорен унитаз, вода протекала на пол (но отмечу, что его быстро починили по первой просьбе). В период нашего проживания за стеной проводили громкий ремонт (сверлили, стучали на протяжение 3-4 дней по несколько часов в день), что доставляло дискомфорт. Хотя отмечу, что персонал вежливо предоставили беруши и извинились за ситуацию.
Как я понял, место новое (судя по вывеске основано в 2025-м году) и еще не все успели довести до ума. Желаю успехов и процветания этому отелю. Верю, что у вас все получится и туристы будут оставаться довольными и оставлять хорошие отзывы!
