Some Indian patrons 3 rooms up who were rude, obnoxious and down right creepy towards the woman in our group.

I loved the view from my room overlooking the jacuzzi and the lush green mountains. I would also like to thank the Customer Service Manager, Mr. Kevin, for kindly extending my check-out time until 4:00 PM. His excellent service made my stay more comfortable.
The hotel is starting to show its age and would benefit from renovation. The in-room jacuzzi also needs refurbishment. I was disappointed that breakfast is no longer served as an open buffet and has been replaced with an à la carte menu. Overall, the hotel doesn't feel the same as it did when I visited two years ago.
