The hotel is well located and runs very efficiently although the rooms are a little tired (but perfectly fine). The staff are absolutely amazing from Reception , Service and the cleaning team. Lovely team to be around and that really made the stay perfect. The pool is great as well. That area and the common parts are in very good order. We will be back for sure !

We liked this hotel, except that the bed was hard as a rock. Would have stayed longer if not for the mattress. Location was great, pool was cute, breakfast reasonable.

We stayed 4 nights and it was lovely. The staff and service is excellent.Check in process was quick.Great location to beach and shops.Would stay here again :) And we received a lovely gift on departure...Thank you Palmyra!!

Lovely hotel, set some 80 meters from the main road, pleasant, helpful staff, nice pool. 10 minutes walk to the sea, 15 to night market.

During my 12-night stay in the poolside room, I encountered significant issues with the overall condition of the hotel room. The state of the room was subpar, with a vanity tap that fell apart and an ant infestation. Despite these issues, when I requested a refund to secure alternate accommodations, it was regrettably declined. While the location is favorable, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the unsatisfactory condition of the room and facilities.

The staff at the were very friendly, hotel has a nice swimming pool, bar and breakfast area. Away from busy streets but close enough to walk around the neighborhood. The room and the bathroom were big, very clean with balcony having said that, I don’t believe that it can be a 4 Stars . My opinion , 3 Stars at best.

The hotel was very clean and the focus by the staff to assist was very professional. The staff organised trips to Fantasia, Phi Phi island, elephants, tigers and the Big Buddha. all the trips were with experienced tour providers and the stay was fantastic with my 2 children.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel and halway had a sewer smell. The rooms were clean but the setting was old fashioned. The airco had a very hard noise with not much cool air. But, for the price and just 1 stay it's okey.

I loved my stay in this hotel. Room was comfy and quiet. Breakfast was ok. I like western food, so I had just omelette and fruits. Tried to have coffee, but milk separeted and I didn’t drink it. It is forbitten to dry your clothes in you room - yet the drying rack was in the room. Not so smart thinking…wifi is free and fast. Pool was too cold for me 😄

This is not a resort even if the name suggests so. Full of mosquitos and leaking water Ask over the floor. Avoid at all cost. Not worth it

When we arrived there was NO welcome drink for myself or my son. My room the shower head was broken to the point I had to hold with one hand & wash myself with one hand. When I informed the front counter staff they told me they would send someone to fix it. But I asked to change rooms due to the shower area having black mold. I got changed into room 318 & the aircon was so old that it struggled to keep the room cold & the smell was not nice. On 31/10/23 @ breakfast time myself & my son where having breakfast together & my son Reece needed to use the toilets. So he used the one near breakfast area. After coming back to the table to me within 4 min he realised he left his mobile phone in the toilet. So he rushed back into the toilets & a staff member was using the cubicle that he had been in. He asked nicely lots of times asked that he left his phone in there. He knocked he asked many times. The staff member then placed his feet off above the floor to not want to come out. My son was persistent so eventually he came out. No phone in the toilet area. The staff member was appearing uneasy. I went to the front counter reported the situation to the lady coming up with excuses or talking over me with the story. We asked to look at video recordings of the times but where told no & there wasn’t any. We feel that this situation was not nice as the hotel should have been more helpful more understanding & more willingness to show us the recording. We asked everyday.

The staff always smiled, and readily made us feel welcome! The daily breakfast buffet was a delight, plus allowed a sleep in. Any request was met. Up the quieter end from Bangla Road crazy. Patong needs and this hotel has quality guests who want to relax! Thank you x 3 of us!

The kitchen is overrun with ants, and we saw a lizard come through the misaligned kitchen window. The downstairs mini bathroom smells like old musk.

The rooms were very clean. The king beds were a bit hard but we loved them and slept really well. The staff at Palmyra are un-faultable, so sweet, friendly and helpful! We had some trouble with the electricity when we first arrived, but it was worked on and fixed immediately! The pool was lovely, the cocktails, mmm yum! Breakky great, variety and those amazing omelettes!! Fantastic, we will be back!

We had a major issue with our room that we had to move rooms. It took a half day to transition, which cost us a day of vacation and heighten the stress level between our family.

Room was great for a family. Large room with a kitchenette. Breakfast included was ok, not great but did the job. Worst part of the experience was being asked to pay for an accidental broken coffee cup after paying to stay for 14 nights. Left a bad taste as a thank you for staying but please give money before you leave. A hotels gold member and to be hand out for some money right on check out. This on its own I will not be back.

Disappointing. The facilities are tired and rundown. The pool towels are old. The staff in general were sullen and withdrawn. The breakfast's were just weird. Very limited quantities and poor choices. We have stayed in Phuket some 6 times now and this was clearly the worst.
