Everything was beyond perfection! The hotel's modern aesthetic is stunning, the bed is impossibly comfortable, and the pool area is so beautiful and fun. The staff provided world-class service—attentive, friendly, and deeply caring. Easily one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had!

Everything! Central to everything but away from the noise. Really close to Bangla Road, about 15mins walk and 2 mins away from 7 eleven and Tops. The walk to Bangla is an interesting walk, lots of shops, massage spa’s, restaurants and clubs along the way. The hotel itself is amazing, very friendly staff, their breakfast is amazing, its buffet. The is a restaurant and bar that is open I think. Until about 10pm. I extended my stay so I will see upon checkout if I do experience any issues but so far so good.
Really not a major issue but pease add more sanitary bags in the bathroom. It’s really not nice having to ask for more bags all the time.

Nice big room and fantastic breakfast (almost too much choice!)
The room and breakfast were very good but one aspect was very disappointing. My flight home out of Phuket was not until 11.00 pm. I specifically booked this hotel because late check out at 3.00 pm was included. However, when I arrived to check in, I was told late check out was not available because the hotel was full. While the staff member I dealt with was lovely, I was very unhappy about this as the only reason I had booked this hotel was because it included late checkout. If I had known late checkout wasn't included, I would have booked elsewhere. I have paid for something that was promised but not provided. Very bad service.
