Nice clean apartment close to local amenities & short drive to beaches. Urbanisation is well maintained & peaceful. Nice community pool.
Slight initial problem with access to community pool. Occasional smell from drains.

Location was good for me, close to my mum's apartment, had a rental car so easy to get around, LA zenia, boulevard etc
Where to we start!
Zero communication with owners, apparently, rented through an agent who, do not communication with you AT ALL!, no reply to emails, no reply to requests until the day of your check in, this leaves you in a panic before your holiday. So a simple question about whether they have warm bedding, to what type of coffee pot is available ,to discussion about times to check in, are all not ansered. Booking.com, were very unhelpful and left you with empty promises. A simple reply would have been sufficient.
It is not clear that you have not paid full price of the Booking until arrival. the remainder payment is taken at the apartment, including your €300 deposit, . This was a mix up for us with my dad having Dementia, thinkinghe had paid full price at time of booking. The apartment rules etc were ridiculous, for example you need to have all the garbage/rubbish emptied or you will be charged €70, which is a bit excessive especially when you paid for a cleaner, included in your fee. I panicked, last day bleaching everything, just incase i was charged for something ridiculous. You only get one set of keys, we were 3 adults, which means you all need to leave the apartment together, you cannot go for a simple walk, or nip out, on your own, without locking in someone you left behind. This was a real nuisance,! We had to request warmer bedding on the second night, after freezing and a terrible sleep, even though I did request this proir to my holiday, but as I said previous, no reply, communication to request when booking,(my dad is 82yrs old.) He was very cold, there was only a thin sheet and thin blanket on the beds. December booking.. The pillows were scattered cushions on the bed, I had to request proper pillows for the beds as well.
I currently owned and rented out my apartment in LA Zenia for 17yrs.

Apartment was very well appointed and fitted out with all items necessary for such a stay. Facilities were good and everything was in good repair. Information sheets were also good.
Only real drawback was proximity to a road with a bit of traffic noise at night.
