Loved this hotel - amazing location, quiet rooms, comfy bed, fantastic shower. Great check out time (12pm) and good luggage storage.

The interior decor and furnishings are fun and eclectic. Right next to a train station and trams so well connected. Great shower pressure. Room was clean and cleaned through the stay.
This is a massively understaffed hotel or has staff that are not trained properly. The TV didn’t work without having to call reception and have them come to the room to flip a switch in a fuse box…every night! Even though it says you can cast to TV it never worked and staff didn’t know how to fix it. There was only one person on for breakfast service and she was kept busy making coffees so none of the food/drinks were replenished, tables weren’t cleared, there were no plates or napkins, no clean cups etc. They advertise at the desk the list of amenities that would normally be provided in other hotels and suggest you can ask for them at the desk…but when I asked the person on reception said they had no clue where they were stored and after opening and closing multiple storage cabinets, said he didn’t have any with an apathetic shrug. This sums up the experience - things don’t work smoothly and the staff don’t seem to be trained well enough to think about how to follow up with guests, fix issues and generally “make it right”.
