Very comfortable feather bed and great toiletries. Cool design of the room and tea/coffee station
Cleaning lady came at 4:30 when we just came back from the city. I told her to come back in 1 h. She never did. Our room was not cleaned that day.

Very modern and classy hotel. A bit far from main station but well connected by the tram system
Too many mirrors in the washroom and technology for lighting. ! One way mirror in the toilet and shower is rather unnerving ..
Breakfast is 30 francs pp so a bit expensive. Good places for bf close to the hotel

I expected more from a 5 star Hotel. The Rooms were wayyyy too small with too many bulky things around. The rooms were basically too congestes. Not recommended for someone with claustrophobia. There was no space to put the luggage and open it. We had to put the bags on our beds. The rooms smelt fishy. I dont know what caused that fishy/eggy odour but it was really extreme. We booked for 5 adults. They put an extra temporary bed in one of the double rooms which was way too small in length for an adult. The Temperature was too high and the AC didn't cool down the room at all. The car park is of the Hotel itself but not free! For just over an hour i had to pay about 6 or 8 euros. I didnt really like the stay there at all.
