Excellent stay, will return back

It’s a good apartment, very clean and comfortable.All the other aspects of the flat including the central location is very good

The only negative thing about it is that It’s in the third floor and has only narrow stairs to climb up. So it’s not suitable for elderly people.

I recommend you make your decision taking the disadvantages into consideration.

The location was excellent in terms of transportation. It was a 2-minute walk from Les Halles metro station. The street where the apartment was located was a very lively street with good dining options, and there was a supermarket just 20-30 meters away. Despite being a lively street, there was no noise problem as the apartment overlooked a courtyard. The room was very clean. It was a well-maintained apartment and the kitchen facilities were good. There was ample supply of tea and coffee.

The hallway from the building's entrance to the stairs was also the back door to the kitchen of the restaurant below, so there was a strong smell of food. There was also visual pollution from the large trash cans. But more importantly, the building has no elevator, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. There's a spiral staircase that's extremely narrow. It might be a little easier with carry-on suitcases, but we, three adults and a child, had serious difficulty carrying our suitcases upstairs. It could be a problem for those over a certain age or with young children. The bedroom is very small, but not a major issue.

La ubicación

El ingreso es muy feo, es el patio interno de 2 restaurantes, con lo cual no está siempre limpio y con mucho olor a comida de las cocinas de los restaurantes. Acceso con escalera de 55 escalones muy encimados entre sí, lo cual hace al ingreso tortuoso y no se describe con precisión en la publicación. Además quiero subir fotos del lugar y el sistema me las rechaza
