The property location is indeed a plus point and the size is sufficient for the 4 of us given 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (not many flats have 2 bathrooms and the bathroom has bidet which is not common in the UK). The flats has portable airconditioner units which is a definite help given the extreme heat London has been experiencing this summer.
Although the location is a plus, Edgeware Road can be pretty noisy at night and may disturb your sleep. The placement of the dining table (in the living/dining area) can be improved to make it feel less cramp.

Location was excellent and the apartment was a very good size and clean.
Very noisy as it is on the main road and this affects people sleeping in the main bedroom. The second bedroom is at the back of the building which isn’t affected by road noise to the same extent. Disposable earplugs were provided and the sound of the portable air con units helped mask some of the road noise too.

Location. Lovely lounge area
Too hot, air conditioning did not work. Poor Towels and bedding. Had to buy my own from John Lewis

موقع الشقة مثالي وقريب من شارع اكسفورد وسلفردج
وجود الة قهوة والمضيفة موفرة حتى كبسولات قهوة
اواني طبخ كاملة
سرير اضافي (نفخ)
تلفاز في الصالة وغرفة النوم
توفير مكيف هوائي في كل غرفة حتى ولو انه بدائي ومزعج قليل الا انه يعمل جيدا.
الامان منخفض جدا لعدة اسباب
1- باب دررج الطوارئ زجاج وسهل الوصول له من الاسفل وكسره
2- النوافذ لا يوجد بها قفل وهذا الشئ لا يمكن قبوله ابدا لان الشقة في الدور الاول
2- المكيف الهوائي ممدود بخرطوم للنافذة، وفي غرفه النوم الرئيسية لا يوجد له منفذ فنضطر لفتح النافذة لتشغيل المكيف وترك النافذة مفتوحة في الليل خطر جدا.
سرير الغرفة الاساسية مزدوج عادي وليس(ملكي)
الشقة على شارع حيوي جدا فترقبوا الازعاج المستمر من الشارع
