La Perla Sul Mare is a gem of Lerici with a beautiful sea view 🌊Not only was the apartment beautifully renovated with respect to the original features, but it was also well equipped and exceptionally clean. Great eye for details. Air conditioning in each room, great beds and beddings, laundry facilities in the apartment, kitchen with everything you could need and good water pressure in the shower.
Welcome basket with pasta and pesto made us feel cared for upon arrival 💛 Our hostess was so warm and went extra mile making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect👌🏼
Old buildings have old pipes, so the shower drain did not drain as well as we hoped. Luckily there was drain cleaner in the apartment 👩🔧

Posizione eccellente, vista panoramica, camere da letto ampie, anche con i condizionatori accesi mai avuto cali di tensione elettrica, servizi vicini. Camere grandi e grande sala accogliente per pranzi, cene e relax. Orari del deposito immondizia quasi impossibili da rispettare ma la struttura si offre di provvedere a fine soggiorno.
Assenza di una seconda chiave, 2 camere su 3 con armadiature insufficienti, ok arredamento spartano / minimal ma in alcuni casi occorre intervenire (banalmente le valigie fungevano da contenitori) e assenza di poggia-valigia), necessità di sistemare alcune piccole cose (es. tende non ben fissate, scarico doccia che tende ad otturarsi, rubinetto bidet, maniglie comodini etc.). Per una casa così grande il secondo bagno necessario.

Sehr netter Gast Empfang, super Lage, Apartment sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, tolle Terrasse, sehr schönes Wohnzimmer mit Blick aufs Meer, modernes Badezimmer und Küche, komfortable Betten, Bushaltestelle nach La Spezia vor der Haustür, super Restaurants und Cafeteria in der Nähe und sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, vielen Dank für alles!!
