Location is excellent, and the staff are friendly
I found the bed very hard, and the decor a little tired.

Food was beautiful
Staff were lovely .
Facilities in family room were ok
Location for the railway was great with cheap car park opposite the hotel.
Very noisy night as the room was above the kitchen and the bins were below the bedroom window which were used until the restaurant closed at 1030pm .The restaurant kitchen extraction unit went through the bathroom so the rooms were very noisy until the kitchen closed . There was kitchen smells from the extractor throughout the rooms .
Disappointed as the room was quite expensive .

Location is quite good and excellent for the Severn Valley Railway, so good for tourists, lesser so for business travellers. Staff were very friendly. Great curry meals served in the evening.
Unfortunately the breakfast started around 9am and I had to leave for work by 7:30-7:45. There was a very poor "continental breakfast" left out, so hardly ideal at all. My room was never made up during the 4 nights I stayed there.
