The location was good. There was plenty of heating but the house felt warm without using all the time. Large rooms and good bedding. Easy to find and close to town.
The 2nd bathroom and toilet on the outside off the patio. I think this should be in the property description as it would not suit everyone. Very cold! New frypan is needed and the front bedroom door will not latch closed.

Communication from property management was accurate.
Plenty of room.
Well equipped kitchen.
On-site parking.
It was very, very cold upon our arrival. Playing safe, We were reluctant to use the wood heater. It took until the 2nd afternoon for the house to warm up using the electric heaters.
Door latch on the bedroom door to the right upon entering is inoperative.
Constructive suggestions: a separate bin inside to collect recyclables would be useful.
Fixing the door latch would be helpful.

The location was ideal for our needs.
The house was very well presented, clean, warm and comfortable.
Our requirements were well catered for with the two bathrooms and a reasonably equipped kitchen .
Some of the kitchen requirements need replacing as they are showing signs of wear.
