Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti degli ultimi giorni del nostro intenso giro in Islanda per avere una "base" che ci permettesse di fare il Golden Circle (con calma) e le Highlands (Landmannalaugar a due ore abbondanti da qui). E' stato sorprendente! Jon è il proprietario della struttura e della valle adiacente, persona eccezionale, disponibile e sempre sorridente, ci ha suggerito un paio di soluzioni per i due giorni di pioggia (fate la Laugaras Lagoon a pochi km), ed ha una passione invidiabile.. è un piccolo gioiello incastonato nella natura islandese. Camera confortevole, ottima la colazione con vista "immenso verde". Peccato non ci sia ancora la possibilità di avere un cucina in condivisione, il posto merita! anche con la pioggia! se avete tempo, fatevi accompagnare da Jon per un'escursione nel suo personalissimo Canyon su per la valle. tutto indimenticabile! Grazie Jon! Torneremo volentieri.

Calm and romantic place with stuff/owners very friendly and openminded for a discussion. Rooms very clean with great size and the bathroom. I would definitely come back.

After 9 round the country trips in Iceland, this is absolutely my favourite place to stay ever, because the owners are the most friendly and kind. And the spirit of Freya is around. We even got a private tour to their private canyon. Just stunning! Anyone who loves elves must come here 😍 thank you so munch!
