La manière dont la maison commune est agencée est top : on peut accéder à nos chambres sans croiser personne. Les personnes qui voudront partager un moment avec les colocataires peuvent le faire, et ceux qui veulent rester tranquille le peuvent tout autant. C’est très appréciable. La vue est incroyable, avec le jacuzzi donnant sur la plaine. Le gérant est très sympa, et si vous arrivez tôt, il vous laisse le choix de la chambre selon votre réservation.
La route pour y accéder peut être difficile d’accès si vous n’avez pas de voiture fiable, mais comme énormément d’endroit en Islande

Great location with an amazing view from the house and the large terrace. Aleks as host was super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, plenty of showers, a cozy hot tub, and a large, very well-equipped kitchen. Nice art all over the house.
On our first day, the house was quite busy with a larger group staying there. The house is also rather sound-sensitive, so noise travels easily between the rooms.
The large kitchen was heavily used by the group and, like the bathrooms and other shared facilities, was not cleaned daily. It wasn’t a major issue, but with so many guests using the shared areas, more frequent cleaning would have been appreciated.

Location was great
When we booked the listing was not super clear about facilities. Reading the listing it seemed like our two rooms will share a bathroom but actually the toilet was shared with three rooms and showers were shared with about 6-7 rooms, our rooms were in basement and was musty and smell. I didn't feel that it was value for money. Not a place for families more of a place for single travelers or friends.
