Hot tub, location and large common kitchen and relaxing area.
There was no enclosure for bath so the whole bathroom got wet.

The shared facilities were very nice (massive kitchen, lounge, sitting room), since it's for 12 rooms to share. There were only a few guests when we stayed so it was nice and quiet, but can imagine it getting noisy (not the property's fault). Very clean everywhere.
There were 2 showers and I only tried one. The water pressure was low and I didn't have a great shower.

Spacious kitchen and living room. Clean beds.
Shower drain clogged, flooded the first bath, everyone came to use the second one, caused long wait in the morning.
