The house was indeed cozy, yet spacious and very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances you could want. The staff answered emails very promptly and gave detailed and clear instructions and help. Everything is labeled.
Some hand towels in the bathrooms and a good hair dryer in both bathrooms were missing.

Very interesting experience in the used to be private upper scale house which is now transformed into sort of motel. We liked meeting people there from Europe- France and Germany. There were some 'hiccups ' related to the keys ( the locks were changed during our stay for some maintenance related purposes) but this didn't affect our overall experience.

Tiene buena ubicación, puedes moverte fácilmente con Uber o aparcar si llevas coche alquilado. Fueron compresibles con la situación de los incendios ya que nuestro viaje era por carretera y a última hora, por la propia situación de los incendios, tuvimos que tomar un vuelo, y no coincidían con la reserva. Después de mediar con booking aceptaron hacer el cambio de fechas por lo cual estuvimos muy agradecidos.
El alojamiento es bastante confuso con las indicaciones de habitaciones y baños, creo que también es una crítica recurrente. En nuestro caso tuvimos más problemas en aclararnos dónde estaban los baños y si se podían usar o no, nos fuimos sin comprender bien la situación.
No hay papeleras en la habitación para pequeñas cosas, el olor un poco raro/humedad, y la cama SUPER DURA, la última noche ya me fue imposible dormir, el dolor de cadera me superaba (soy de dormir de lado de forma inconsciente), estar tumbado sin más tampoco es posible. Creo que para una noche está bien, cumplirá, pero varios días se hacen duros, muy duros.
