The pictures on the website need to be updated, many improvements have been made esp in the kitchen.We asked for an early check in (2 hrs early) & were told that was not possible although we located the property and no one was there (like a cleaning crew)Before I made the reservations in December for May I had asked about the door locks (bc some reviews mentioned they did not work properly) and was told that they had been fixed. The door knob on the main entrance door was not functionable, it literally fell off on the inside of the house when turned outside and the keyed door lock on the side of the house was hard to open. I notified them of the broken door lock & someone came by and fixed it (again).If you're sleeping downstairs you can hear the floor boards above you squeak when someone walks on the floor above you. Overall it was a nice house and a great location.

May 1-4 Clean, quiet, close to beach, kitchen well appointed, plenty of outlets, plenty of room for 4 adults and one child. We had a great time there. Someone else mentioned this: the pictures need updating...alas the kite is gone. A couple of quirks with this place that would be helpful to know, you have to enter through a downstairs bedroom, and the second bathroom is down a flight of stairs from the top bedroom (just be careful in the middle of the night as it is quite close to stairs) Other than that, great place!

Rooms were clean,Kitchen had a few basic items for cooking. Salt, pepper, some oil and coffee filters.The beach is close for dog walking

A quick 2 night stay with my daughter her husband and my grandson. Was disappointed in the property. Looks better in the pictures. Property on the outside is run down. Took us a bit to get the key to open the door. When we entered the bottem level it was very musty smelling which was where 2 of the 3 bedrooms were located. The middle level with the kitchen amd living room was better. However, there was a dishwasher full of clean dishes and we didn’t feel as it should be our job to put them away. The kitchen cabinets could have been wiped down they were allSmudged as was the dish washer and refrigerator. I definitely will not rent this property again and if we were staying more than 2 nights I would have requested a refund.
