The apartment was great! We spent five days living like true Chicagoans. We walked to the Belmont Train Station and rode public transportation all over Chicago. The apartment matched the listing exactly. There is a lot of light and city noise as should be expected in a city neighborhood, but ear plugs and box fans are included in the rental. I would definitely stay here again!The only item of note is the property management service was slow on the tenant vetting process. I was contacted the day before we were to check-in and was asked what profession I am in. I was then asked to provide a link to my LinkedIn profile. The request for this information is a little unusual and definitely lacked convenient timing, as we were already traveling to Chicago. Other than the late vetting process, my family and I enjoyed our stay immensely!

Loved our stay. Location was awesome. Christine was excellent at communicating and quickly responding. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Was perfect for our group of 3 ladies. Will definitely be booking again next time I’m in Chicago! Thank you so much for hosting us.

As mentioned in another review, the temperature varies widely throughout the apartment. While the bedroom closest to the kitchen was verging on chilly, the room at the front of the building was too hot to sleep in. Be aware that the listing is incorrect with how it describes what credentials will be required at check-in. The property manager uses a third party app called Guesty, and wants to collect an unnecessary amount of personal information. Other than those two issues, the space was large, clean, and met our needs. There are two or three nice bakeries and coffee shops within a two minute walk.
