Quiet atmosphere, helpful staff member who met us on arrival, abundance of fauna in the immediate vicinity.
Nice to sit down the first night in front of the wood fireplace.
My wife and I were introduced to each other, on this site, 44 years ago and chose to stay here as we were attending a wedding nearby.
Did not anticipate that it would be so cold. Fortunately, we had bought extra bedding.
Toilet located outdoors was an inconvenience as it was extremely cold and occasional showers present.

Location was great and the cottages were clean and tidy. The grounds were well maintained and the kangaroos very friendly.
The minor rooms did not have any power points so we had to buy an extension cord to run a heater into the back room of the cottage. The restaurant was not open during our stay so conflicting information but may only be open upon order request.

The location is beautiful. Tranquil bush settings. Kangaroo with joey visiting every morning and robbin red breasts flitting about. It was quiet. We had hot water and felt secure at night.
The cottages are in need of a lot of love. Someone needs a lesson in cleanliness. The area rug in the lounge had stains on it that hadnt been cleaned. Oven had never been cleaned. Microwave was unclean. Tiles lifting in the bathroom. Lots of maintenance needed.
