Het is een groot en modern appartement. De ligging is buiten het centrum, maar dichtbij genoeg met auto of zelfs lopen. Parkeergelegenheid is er ruim voldoende.
Het appartement is van alles voorzien om bijvoorbeeld te kunnen koken of je was te doen. Er was zelfs wasmiddel aanwezig.
De communicatie met de host is goed en snel. De WI-FI connectie in de slaapkamers was niet goed en dit werd snel verholpen. Op verzoek kregen we een handdoek wissel tussendoor, we verbleven 5 dagen. Dit zou standaard moeten zijn naar onze mening. Schoonmaak tussendoor was mogelijk, maar tegen betaling. Er was een stoffer en blik , maar ik zou adviseren om dan iets meer beschikbaar te stellen zodat gasten zelf wat kunnen bijhouden qua schoonmaak.
De honden van andere reviews zijn er wel, maar wij hebben er absoluut geen last van gehad. We hebben in de nacht de ramen wel dicht gehouden en airco gebruikt om het koel te houden i.p.v. gebruik te maken van de frisse zeelucht.
De ramen hebben zeker een wasbeurt nodig en de badkamer mag ook eens opgefrist worden. Daarnaast qua schoonmaak kleinere dingen zoals een stof laagje op de plinten.

The location of this apartment was excellent as it was both in a quiet neighbourhood but also very close to the city centre in Ponta Delgada. The space was surprisingly big and it was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine during our stay. The bonus of AC/heat was also appreciated. The bedrooms very very spacious with comfortable beds and overall the apartment felt like it was in a safe location. The hosts were also very fast to respond and detailed with providing check-in/out information and any other questions we had.

Dogodna lokalizacja, do wyjazdu na autostradę zaledwie kilka minut.
Stare, zniszczone sztućce. Zniszczona, łuszcząca się farba na armaturze łazienkowej. Brudne, upaćkane okna, włosy w wannie po poprzednich użytkownikach. Niezbyt czysta wanna , szczególnie w miejscach trudniej widocznych.
