The location of the apartment is excellent.
Anyone who has to sleep in the dark like my whole family, this place is not for them!!! Beyond that, the apartment comes bare of accessories, no sugar, tea, normal body soap and shampoo, washing soap for the machine, dishwasher capsules, etc. etc. Check out at 10 am, which is very early and you can't even pay for another hour, and you can't even leave your luggage for a few hours until the flight.

-Great location in historic Rome
-Very generous space. The apartment has four bedrooms, a huge living room, plus a separated dinig room.
-Located in a historic biulding, but a bit neglected.
-Very quiet place, despite the central location on a major steet.
-Located in a top floor, served by a small elevator.
-Efficient AC/heating, although some remotes are missing.
-We liked everything about the property, especially the ample space. However, communication with the staff was very unreliable, to say the least. They kept chasing me until I completed the online registration and paid the city tax. After that, they disappeared. They had offered a car service to pick us up at the airport that did not show up.
-The notable exception was Andrea, who was there on time to hand over the keys and provide instructions on the property.

The location cannot be beat. It is in the heart of the city, walkable to the Colosseum as well as Vatican City and everything in between. The place is sparkling clean, new and well equipped, with good A/C throughout. Very comfortable and feels like home.
No instructions/manual from the host, with instructions for checkout, handling trash, etc. This is always helpful.
