The apartment was lovely and very spacious and in a good location. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Even though the location was good, the noise from the upstairs apartments was enormous. Stomping, yelling, furniture being moved etc. It was nearly impossible to sleep while there was so much noise upstairs. The apartment needs better insulation. Even though there were only 2 of us, you only supplied 2 towels for 3 days. That is not enough. When I wash my hair, I need a towel for my hair as well as my body. You should supply at least 4 towels for a 3 day stay. The other issue was the flexibility in the exit time. I love when there is flexibility on time of exit and it goes along way with the customer when places try to be flexible with entering and exiting times. I will not be staying in your place again.
