Great design, very well maintained the whole residence, clean rooms, nice restaurant, a bar, a museum and antique and traditional shops in the immediate surrounding. The museum is a must visit and you get 20% off of the food in the restaurant if you show your key from the residence you’re staying in. The breakfast was a buffet and one of the nicest I have had so far with a lot of diverse quality food. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and kind, always with a smile and good advice!
This isn’t something negative I just wish the Kratovo House we stayed in had more explanation to it in historical and cultural sense since there are multiple houses from multiple different regions. But otherwise everything was perfect!

Our room was a smoking room; so smelt of smoke. And the fuse board buzzed

resepsiyonist ve diger calisan arkadaslar sicakkanli ve ilgiliydi. kahvaltisi guzel fakat soylenen saat 9 iken kahvaltiya gittigimizde kahvaltinin 10.30da baslayacagi soylendi.
banyodan gelen kotu koku, yataklar çok rahatsiz ve hareket ettikce gicirdiyor. mimari guzel fakat odalarda yurudukce ahsap zeminden kaynakli bir gicirdama oluyor.
