Huge apartment, equipped kitchen, big TV screen, separate bedroom, terrace.
Garage was fairly polluted with very poor ventilation and reckless user who are not turning off their diesel vehicles. City center is not nearby. Cleaning and maintenance should be better.

The apartment is located at really great location and host was really understanding, nice and helpful.
We received detailed instructions on how to get into the property along with text and photo instructions so literally there wasn't anything to ask, yet the host contacted us to check if we need any help what was really nice.
We recommend this place and host :)

The staff, especially Boyan was extremely professional and answered requests/questions extremely quickly. He brought up the card reader to the room so I didn't have to leave (since we had dogs). The apartment was very spacious and it offered a large living area, well appointed bathroom, a large bedroom, and even a nice eating area with a 6 person table. I was able to cook, but also there were nice restaurants and a bakery adjacent to the apartment. The mall below the hotel/apartment had a large Ramstore (food shopping) and Vero down the block. The mall was not loud at all, and didn't even notice it was there. There is a large park in the neighborhood about a block away which was perfect to walk our dogs.

The service here is excellent. We were welcomed by a friendly lady, who had contacted us prior to our arrival to help with directions etc. The cleaning staff are also lovely and when we left an item behind, they were helpful in reuniting us with it, so thank you. Great service. Being attached to the mall is useful if you need groceries. It's quite a walk to the old town but we did it without problem - lovely big footpaths all the way, making it just fine.
It wasn't clean enough and is in need of a deep clean. There were sticky bits on the dining table and when we moved the table slightly, there were loads of crumbs and dirt under where the table legs had been - furniture needs to be all moved to give a proper clean. The bathroom is pretty gross with lots of mould around the shower. The photos on booking.com are clearly quite old - the decor is quite tired now. The apartment smells of smoke, which has tried to be covered up with very strong perfumed sheets and in the room. I understand why you would try to mask the smell, but the combination of smoke and strong perfume isn't pleasant and not good for those with allergies. While the room was 'non-smoking' the furniture smelled of smoke. The sofa bed was made up when we arrived, but again the sofa hadn't been cleaned properly and there were crumbs under the sheets.
