The staff were very motivated to help and provided great suggestions to a family utilizing more than 6 rooms along with other individuals attending the wedding weekend. They were polite and helped us all navigate getting personal items required for the wedding event……. There was a sense the staff made efforts to be helpful and utilize the facilities to accommodate specific requests.
Despite the well intended attempts to provide service there were numerous problems with the follow through, partly perhaps because of language barriers. The bathroom was only partially cleaned several days with the old trash bag left on the floor full and the toilet and sink not cleaned. The staff was polite, but again the attention to cleaning the room was not what was expected. The tea and coffee supplies were not replaced daily, there wasn’t always fresh water bottles left each day.

Location. Staff are very polite, kind and helpful especially all the restaurant and room service staff are extremely customer centric.
- Spare beds in the room were most uncomfortable, rolling around on the wooden floor on their wheels
- room windows dusty and unclean
- shower lever broken
- no instant coffee provided in the rooms, only pods which worked half the time and defective at other times, that too without any milk for coffee
- view from river facing balcony is nothing great to pay premium price for as the walls are strewn with graffiti
- no provision for fresh juices in breakfast; only option was for machine produced juices which were horrible else on an extra charge which made no sense when breakfast buffet is being charged for anyway
- room air conditioning barely worked, we had to keep windows open through the night given the warm weather
