Mooi hotel op een steenworp van hartje Skopje

Luxe kamer, prachtig interieur. Leuke receptionist, duidelijke uitleg gekregen en het hotel zelf heeft alles te bieden. Het was rustig toen ik er was, maar ik heb er van genoten.

Konum çok iyi, çalışanlar yardımsever.

Otelde konakladığım odada ıphone airpods kulaklığımı unutup Türkiye’ye geri dönmüştüm. Tesisle iletişime geçtiğimde yardımcı oldular, Üsküp’te ki akrabama teslim ettiler. Çok teşekkür ediyorum.

The entire experience was terrible. The girls at the front desk seemed to care very little

Nothing was good besides coffee in a morning and i payed for it

Room smelled like mold and staff charged me extra money for a extra key i lost

Skopje ontdekken vanuit een fijn hotel.

De locatie was fijn, dicht bij de oude bazar. Lekker ontbijt gegeten, ijskoud zwembad in het hotel om af te koelen.

De bedden voor de kinderen waren aangeschoven om er een familie kamer van te maken. Het waren een bank en een veldbedje. Deze lagen allebei niet erg lekker.

Inadequate and depressing

It was all very tired - the carpets all need changing,. The breakfast was just poor and I didn't even bother on the last day - could not even get toast, no decaf coffee and the location apart from being adjacent to the old bazaar it pretty awful out of the front of the hotel into an unpaved parking area - give it a miss next trip.

Pretty well everything could have been better - I arrived late evening - no food available and offered the fact that there were fast food eateries close by - not up to the rating promised

Pleasant

Localisation in the centre, very good breakfast, nice room, free parking.

During check-out was very unpleasant situation - receptionist called cleaning lady to check our mini bar. We didn't use mini bar, but cleaning lady told that three bottles of minerał water were missing. We didn't use it, but no one wanted to explain this situatuon and we had to pay for these bottles. My advice - check the mini bar with receptionist during check in to avoid such unpleasant situation.

Pls take another Hotel !!!

Well… the bathroom was dirty, everywhere hairs from Other guests, the smell was awful. The stuff was, meh 😕 not interested to make your stay more comfortable!!! You get the imagination that they have to work, not they want to work! So thank you, no smile, nothing!

nice hotel with terrible Wi-Fi

very nice hotel, good location, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Location very convenient. Beds comfortable. terrace on the roof extraordinary. Reasonable prices for wine.

Wi-Fi was tragedy. It was working ok only in bar or terrace on the roof.

It was a so-so hotel.

The reception staff was helpful and friendly and the location is good. The welcome sweets on the bed was a nice touch.

I had problems with the 2 remote controls for the TV. There were no instructions - I had to call for help. No instructions on how to use the safe either. Didn’t bother to ask for help since it is only 1 night. There was no kettle for making tea or coffee.

Location close to Old Bazar

Advertisrs as 5 star hotel but is not more than 3 stars on international scale. No restaurant for lunch and dinner! Loud and noisy room in the night; from roof top bar. Parking is overcrowded and a mess. 2 elevators are not synchronized 2 complicatef TV controls; had to call assistance to switch on

Great location, it’s next to the old bazaar, stone bridge and city center of Skopje. Staffs are very friendly and supportive.

No kettle inside the room and the shower water could be hotter.

breakfast was really good with a good selection to choose from

first night there they had a private party in the bar which we were then not allowed to use even though we were residents. also the bar shut at 2330 not allowing us to drink beyond that time if we wanted to.

Disappointed

The location is really good. It os close to stine Bridge and it is in the Turkish bazaar. Staff was also very kind

My room was not clean. I saw the dirts on the desk and electricity plugs. Bathroom was so old and water was not dripping out easily and it was not a good showering experience for me. Air conditioner was noisy also. Furnitures and room were old. They even did not put a free bottle of water in the room. I don't know how they got the 5 star with these features. I don't give them more than 3

Not a 5 star hotel. Would not stay again

Near the old town and the bazaar. The staff was the best part of the hotel. Everyone was really friendly. Rooftop bar was nice.

Not was I expected for a 5 star hotel. The A/C wouldn’t turn off in the room. No restaurant. No Spa/pool/fitness. No tea kettle in the room. The blow dryers are awful. Overall the hotel is a bit dated and needs to be renovated.

The location was good, close to the old city center. The Roof top view was good.

The hotel was 5 stars, but there isn't any coffee or tea maker in the room. Even when I asked for hot water, they charged me 1€ for it.its a minimum service that they can give to guests. Breakfast quality was low.

Worst value for money

Hospitality Heating was Air Conditioner which was not clean and disinfected. I got sick It looks very confusing as building. Swimming Pool inside Breakfast Restaurant which smells chlore right in the morning Staff did not help with luggage very dark halls, un clean carpet, not oxygened

Poor

Dirty entrance, no security, no bell boy, dirty and broken bath. There were hair in the tub. No shower deck just a curtain around the shower and tub with no curtain. When showered the whole bathroom gets wet. Corrider is dark at night. Charged 1 euro for a bucket of ice supposed to be 5 star but ı will rate it 3 the most. Avoid this hotel.

Hotel Arka totally exceeded our expectations!

The hotel is located in an excellent location , just next to the old bazaar which is one o the main attractions of the city and also 5 minutes walk from the center, so you can't really ask for more. Stuff was super friendly, the lady at the reception (Monica) gave us a warm welcome and the guy at the roof top bar was also very polite and keen to show us the night view of the city from the terrace of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, served also at the roof top with an excellent view of the city with daylight. Room was very spacious and very clean! Totally value for money, strongly recommend it!!!

Worst 5 star ever, do not even try!

Nothing. Personnel was rude at me, did not help at anything unti I tell the booking com. The room was smelling like a toilet. She charged the second person (which is my wife) just as my room price. So in all we paid double fee for one room. İf my wife had rented another room in the hotel would pay the same price. İt was because she did not like me the recepcionist as she told me.

Staff Breakfast was the worst not even a 3 star breakfast.
