Great location in the heart of Skopje, on a lovely pedestrian street. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
The breakfast options should be more varied rather than offering the same items every day.

Great location and close to square and old bridge plus the new shopping mall
Was very clean and staff very helpful. Restaurant is huge but food selection limited.

The hotel is at a prime location. With a great parking garage. Rooms were spacious and comfy.
There was no warm water in the facilities. We contacted the staff. At first they said it was a technical issue. But in the end they said their boiler works at 50C. (Normally they operate at 60 65c.) Jaccuzis were out of order. We asked for a drink and someone from the staff locked the bar and left. So the rest of the staff couldn't serve drinks (just coffee)
