Great location
Upon my arrival receptionist took my credit card as a guarantee and started to write credit card numbers, including CVC.
TV programmes list does not include many channels.
SPA is only sauna (without fruits), without swimming pool.

Room was very comfortable and spacious, the jacuzzi included was very relaxing alongside the included soaps, location was great being situated right next to Diamond Mall and the hotel was decorated beautifully giving an elegant modern feel. Staff were kind & always willing to offer help, and room service was great always coming back to a neat room.
Room could have been cleaner before we arrived - the bathroom especially wasn't spotless and had a strange smell. Restaurant and top floor were both closed during our stay despite signs saying otherwise when we checked. The TV was quite outdated and we couldn't get it to stream any shows. Our minibar did not come with a price menu leading us to expect some items to be complimentary, only to be met with a €10 charge for a small Pringles—some more transparency is to be expected. The AC would cycle off and on intermittently which was very bothersome. Overall was fine, but disappointing for the price.
