The location is excellent! The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious.

A really nice hotel for a city trip. The breakfast is interesting and good. It was soccer World championship and they made it possible that we could watch the German game on PayTV. The staff was helpful in getting a reasonable priced taxi to the airport.
People could smoke in a certain area of the breakfast rooms (inside).

Tout! L’hôtel est très confortable, la location est idéale, le petit déjeuner est généreux et de qualité, et surtout le personnel de l’hôtel est incroyablement gentil. Je suis extrement reconnaissante de la bienveillance, la générosité et l’hospitalité de Zarko et Zoran qui sont des personnes humainement incroyable.

The hotel is very well located in the city center, just a few steps away from the main attractions. The room was spacious enough and well equipped, with a fridge and a kettle, as well as complimentary tea and coffee. It was also very well insulated.
The room was cleaned quickly every morning. Breakfast was really good as well.
The main issue is that this hotel is not good value for money for Skopje. The pictures make it look like a very classy and modern hotel, but this is not the reality—and it is definitely not a 4-star hotel in my opinion. For €70 per night in Skopje, you can find much better value for money.
The entrance is not very welcoming and is quite dark, while the lights in the bar/cafeteria were turned off during our stay. People smoke in a room next to the breakfast area, so you have to eat while smelling cigarette smoke.
The room was run-down, with a broken curtain (see pictures). The double bed was actually made up of two single mattresses pushed together, and it was not comfortable. The bed linens were also shorter than the mattress, making the bed uncomfortable for two people.
In the bathroom, the shower leaks water and floods the floor. Even worse, the roof also leaks when it rains outside. Overall, the hotel needs significant maintenance and does not live up to the impression given by its pictures or its 4-star rating.
