We stayed as a family of 7 in 3 different rooms. Amazing location, right at the city center. Very good breakfast with a lot of things to choose from. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Spa facilities are very good. Spa has a jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, heated lounges, several different saunas, steam room etc. It was included in the price of the room and there was no time limit to use the spa which was a very big plus. And they let us start using the spa way before our check-in time, just perfect. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy. We were assigned with rooms with view which was also a very nice gesture from them. We also had breakfast here the day we were supposed to be checking-in and they said the breakfast was 50% discounted which was amazing! Will definitely be staying here when we come back.

I loved the service, the comfort and cleanliness. Ideal location.
The pool had maintenance that we weren’t aware of but we were fairly compensated for the inconvenience.

The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of choices and delicious food. The kitchen staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, and you can easily walk to everywhere.
The hotel check-in time at 15:00 is quite late. There was a queue during check-in, and we asked 4–5 times, but the rooms were still not ready. We were only able to get the keys at 15:30.
In the spa area and around the pools on the 4th floor, the paint on the ceilings was peeling off. Although the floors were occasionally cleaned by the staff, the area was not properly maintained. Unfortunately, the saunas were always cold. The space is very small, and there is no staff member constantly available to assist guests. We could not find anyone to make a massage appointment.
Overall, I think the facilities feel outdated and need renovation.
