Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und entsprach den Erwartungen. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut und der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber freundlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig waren und man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern gehört hat.

The property was lovely and clean and very spacious. The outdoor amenities such as the pool were very clean and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. A great relaxing spot which is very quiet!
We were slightly disappointed that our apartment was not cleaned every day. Something to look out for when booking. The upper flats were cleaned but the apartments were not, this was only made clear to us when we asked on day 2 for our room to be cleaned and have fresh shower towels. The iron was leaking and the plugs were slightly temperamental. The location was on the outskirts of monopoli, a good 30 min walk so car is needed ideally.

Frühstück war ausreichend. Ich hätte mich über Pflanzen Milch gefreut, da ich allergisch bin.
Vielleicht generell eine veggie Ecke - als Anregung ;-)

Sehr sauber, jeden Abend wurden die Liegen und der ganze Poolbereich intensiv gesäubert.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Trotz der unten aufgeführten Einwände, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Wir hatten ein Appartement gebucht. Erst bei Anreise haben wir erfahren, dass kein Zimmerservice integriert war.
Das konnten man weder bei Booking, noch auf der Webseite sehen. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir lieber ein Zimmer gebucht. Auch 2 Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank, die kostenpflichtig waren, fanden wir zu Preis/Leistung unmöglich
