Great location with a car. We wanted to be as close to the old town as possible but not have the hassle of parking problems. The carpark was secure and easy to park in with front and back access. The location was fabulous for walking into town at night but sightseeing the Puglia region with the car during the day.
The air conditioning took 2 days to work to full capacity. The weather whilst in Monopoli was extremely hot and humid and waiting for the air conditioning to cool the apartment properly was frustrating. It needs to be turned on the day prior to arrival.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzami. Super komfortowy i bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Blisko plaży i centrum. Niedaleko fajna wypożyczalnia rowerów i sklep.

Me gustó lo ordenado y limpio del lugar. Tambien la facilidad para hacer el check in - out.
Creo que deberían informar al momento de contactarse sobre el estacionamiento. Si bien en los alrededores hay estacionamientos gratuitos (lineas blancas) resulta muy complicado estacionar pasadas las 7pm. También deberia haber escoba, paños de cocina para estadias largas. Se que hay tender afuera pero resultaria bueno tambien tener uno para colgar adentro.
