We spent a fantastic 5 days in this Monopoli apartment. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and made our stay truly enjoyable.

After visiting many Italian towns and staying in many VRBO properties, this apartment is one of my absolute favorites. It has a large comfortable well appointed kitchen, a rarity in Italy. Beds are comfortable, the views from the (very large) rooftop terrace are stunning. On the terrace there is another little kitchen and bathroom so you don’t have to go up and downstairs transporting things. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops and museums. It would be most comfortable for two or three people, as one of the bedrooms is a twin bed in a loft, one a daybed in a room adjoining the kitchen, and one king size bedroom. All appliances work well, including the AC. The best part of this rental is the caretaker, Giucy, who was SO helpful, responsive, supportive and communicative during our stay. She went over and above her job responsibilities to help make our vacation perfect, including giving me private Italian language lessons for a very reasonable price and driving us herself to the train station when there were no cabs to be found and we had a train to catch. I recommend this property highly.

Clean space, good layout. Beautiful private terrace overlooking the ocean and quick access to the beaches. Good communication with host. Enjoyable setup for a couple adults. No complaints.
