Absolutely perfect location and stay condiations overall for us ! Apparment is close to Monopoli old town, buzz city ares, but quiet, rather easy top accesss everythimg ! Free packing spaces all round, comphy spacios appartment and 250 m walking through pine alley to the closest ( and our favorable choice ) Nero beach . In fact, there were many small and nicest beaches, either towards Bari direction or to Brisindi- all up to your choice: some are rocky, some sandy, wide or narrow !
The appartment has 2 balconies, both with seawiew (back side a bit ), 2 spacios bedrooms each equipoped with big wardrobe, air condition, 2 nice spacy toilets rooms with proper clever made shower abilities , and huge dinning area with kistchen, comphy sofa for 2 ( easly converted into perrect bed, by the way ), airconditioning. Many advantages, in general ))
The minor things are to improve : updated pans set, add couple good kitchen nifes for cooking, add 1 glass pot for cookingin microwen; and- the sink hole in bigger bath room should be cleaned, that's all think

Altamente consigliato

I recommend this apartment - clean, tidy and well-equipped, contact with the host and a well-equipped place, plus the distance to the beach - less than 5 minutes,
