Location and clean apartment. It was well equipped for a comfortable stay.
The chck in process was extremely difficult. It took almost one hour trying. Fortunately, a neighbor assisted us by contacting the company handling the process and spoke to them on our behalf to get the "check in" code to access lobby/elevator and apartment. We considered leaving to find other accommodations.

The flat was really nice, quite spacious considering the location, and felt suitably Japanese. The location was perfect for our needs, easy walking distance to Shibuya station and the surrounding areas.

Location and size
There was no bedding for my son on the couch. We looked everywhere. He was sleepy and we gave him a blanket from our bed. No pillows or sheets.

"Great space. Perfect for a family with two teens. Right in the centre, 10 minutes walk from Shibuya station yet nice and quiet. Staying in the apartment made us feel more like locals than tourists. Lo..."
