I loved how close we were to the famous Shibuya Crossing. A few minutes of a walk. Family Mart and 7-11 around the corner. It was a very nice neighborhood. The apartment was small but very clean, modern, a huge walk in closet, full kitchen to cook with utensils. Comfy bed but could use better pillows. Very nice stay for us and owner always responded to us very quickly

It was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. As well as it was close by to places that we needed
The pillows were a little uncomfortable to deal with but overall it was good.

Clean and cosy, not too far from the station. However the route ain’t the easiest to get to when you have luggages
They will charge you if you want to leave your luggages earlier. We had problem checking in because the door code given to us during check-in was incorrect. Staffs were not helpful in their replies. They continue to reply in Japanese even though I don’t understand, they don’t have room service, no cleaning and no fresh towels. We complaint that the towels were smelly and was told to wash them ourselves. Nice!
