Hibiscus is a beautiful spacious villa with great outside seating areas. All bedrooms were ensuite. The 4th bedroom was located externally, in an annex, so not suitable for small children. The villa was clean and tidy on our arrival. The gardens and views were lovely. The pool was our highlight with plenty of sunbeds and sofas to relax on. There was a BBQ area. The pool was serviced twice during our stay. We enjoyed two outside dining areas with stunning views of the sea and mountains. A car is essential if you stay at this villa and want to explore. There's ample free car parking space. Calpe is not within walking distance! Taxis and buses weren't evident.
The villa had only one air conditioning unit located in the main living room, despite being advertised as having air conditioning, which we assumed would include the bedrooms. The bedrooms only had ceiling fans and a free standing fan, which were ineffectual in the heat, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. There was only one pillow per person provided, most were flat as pancakes, which added to our discomfort. We enquired, with the villa management if extra pillows were available, but were told there weren't any! The kitchen was well equipped, except the ceiling fan refused to work which we reported, but unfortunately due to a delay with the replacement part arriving, it was unable to be fixed until the last day of our holiday. We self catered a lot, so it was very uncomfortable whilst cooking!
On the whole we enjoyed our stay at this pretty Villa, though feel there is room for improvement concerning the air conditioning and especially the provision of pillows!

Flat and uncomfortable pillows - only one per person! No extras were available.
Broken ceiling fan in the kitchen.
Overpowering smell of fabric conditioner on some towels and bed linen!
The 4th bedroom is only accessible externally so isn't suitable for young children, plus it had a strange overpowering smell on arrival, which may have been overuse of fabric conditioner on the towels and bed linens.

The property was excellent for us as a family. Plenty of space and had everything we needed. The pool was the focal point for us. The views are great too!
It’s very warm. There are fans in all rooms but we found some nights very difficult to sleep. The property is located some distance from shops/restaurants so a car is essential as taxis are unreliable.

Villa was beautiful. You will need a car for this location but easy reach of Calpe. We had an amazing stay ,Thank you
The booking agent should make it clear that transferring deposit and refund of deposit are subject to bank fees and charged to the customer.

Beautiful property with full appliances.
The manager requires us to pick up the keys at an office in another city. They also didn’t leave all rooms ready for guests under the assumption we were only 2. Finally, the pool and garden were dirty when we arrived, the cleaner came next day, which was fine, but would have been much better to arrive at a fully clean exterior.
