Très bon emplacement, bon accueil avec un petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu prendre la chambre dès le matin en arrivant d'un bus de nuit, ce qui était très appréciable !
Le matelas était assez mou et on tombait un peu l'un sur l'autre ! Les prises sont à deux branches donc il faut un adaptateur spécial.

Nos gusto mucho el trato muy amable y familiar que te dan desde el principio, te hacen sentir en casa y eso se agradece cuando llevas tiempo fuera de ella.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Caraz. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviables. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Tout était propre et bien équipé. Rapport qualité prix excellent !

Facilidad para el check-in y para el check-out. Buena comunicación con el propietario.
Desde el aeropuerto hay combis que pasan cada poco en dirección a Caraz.
Está un poco alejado del centro (para el tamaño del pueblo).
Nuestra habitación estaba en la recepción y está CERO aislado así que había bastante ruido. Además los gallos y perros de alrededor son bastante molestos durante la noche.
Durante semanas hablé con el dueño para ver si podíamos organizar las excursiones a distancia y así no tener que pensar en ello al llegar. Pese a que me dijo que sí, nunca hubo nada concreto y nos vimos allí, el día de antes de una de las excursiones sin saber si había excursión o no, a qué precio y a qué hora… bastante desastroso. Hay que tener en cuenta que en Caraz no hay mil opciones como en Huaraz así que mejor tener algo asegurado. Nosotros al final conseguimos todo en una tiendita de la Plaza de Armas con una chica súper amable. Si el hotel no propone excursiones no pasa nada, pero que lo diga desde el principio porque tengo la sensación de haber perdido demasiado tiempo con este tema.
