Great location and wonderfully comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood at night and in the AM. Easy to get to subway access. Lots of amenities around the apartment. Host was helpful in helping us find a place to store our luggage prior to check in. Apartment is just as advertised. It is nice to have 2 bathrooms with showers. We did not eat any meals at the apartment but the kitchen appeared well stocked with dishes, appliances and coffee maker.
The air conditioning is located only in 1 bedroom so the rest of the apartment was a little warm. After the first night there the weather cooled off so it felt better.

Digital lock. Small kitchen was well stocked.
Maybe it’s my culture. I don’t like to eat on the sofa and eat in front of the television. I would have rated the place a 12 if 1) there was at least a portable/foldable table and 2 stools for eating or for working on the laptop given the well equipped kitchen. There’s space for this. 2) Another air con in the second bedroom. With climate change, NYC is experiencing some unseasonal hot days even in spring! The ceiling fan in the living room creaks. Late nite weekend Noise from the sidewalk to is probably unavoidable given the ground level location if one tries to sleep before 1 am.

L'emplacement dans East Village est sympa. Des produits d'entretien étaient mis à disposition.
Propreté et hygiène négligées : Ménage bâclé à notre arrivée (nourriture laissée dans le lave-vaisselle, présence de moisissure dans l'une des salles de bains, vétusté générale). De plus, les bouches d'aération étaient extrêmement sales, ce qui montre qu'elles n'ont jamais été nettoyées. Environnement : La rue devient assez sale le soir en raison d'une mauvaise gestion des poubelles. Manque d'équipements et de rangements : Aucune table pour manger et un manque cruel de placards (les casseroles étaient planquées dans le four !). Confort : Le logement manque cruellement de lumière naturelle et d'aération/ventilation naturelle.
