The house was very nice, plenty of room for everyone. Loved the 4 bathrooms, beds were very comfortable. The area was nice, view was so pretty. We enjoyed our weekend visit, my grandson enjoyed the video game. Upstairs furniture was comfortable, downstairs furniture was uncomfortable. We left the house very clean, used our own products.
The couches were uncomfortable & recliner, need to be updated. A lot of the blinds didn't work, especially the one in master bedroom. Couldn't use the balcony due to malfunction of the blinds. Was disappointed in that. A lot of spider webs on ceilings. Remotes didn't work for some of the tvs, tvs didn't work in all rooms, no internet connection in rooms. Especially in downstairs room where the Playstation was. No connection to tv, couldn't use tv at all, blinds broken just a dark room. Very disappointed in that room. Called left a msg to customer service, no one ever come out. Upstairs furniture comfortable, downstairs furniture needs help. House was nice just needed to be updated, we pay for everything to work.

It was in a great location, the lake view was amazing. The heating worked great, the beds and couches were comfortable. Loved all the tvs, games, etc.
The pans were a little bit old and we didn’t know which light switches were for heating, we think they should be labeled

The location was great. The lake was approx. 100 yards from the property. The size of the house was great with lots of room for two families. The hot tub was in good shape and the kids really liked it. The open space of the property was great and I enjoyed not having neighbors right on top of us. The beds were clean and comfortable. The furniture worked well with the house.
This place was very expensive for what you get. We paid over a thousand night during the 4th of July. The house could use a little TLC. Broken blinds that won't open (master bedroom was the most disappointing as you could not access the deck), the deck had railing and floorboards in need of replacing. The kitchen and bunkroom had numerous ants due to food residue that was not fully cleaned. Ants seemed to find open food during our stay as well. The home also did not come with any basics. Along with purchasing ant spray to deal with the ant issue, we had to purchase hand soap for the bathrooms/kitchen, dish soap, dish detergent, garbage bags as the host only supplied 1 for our five day trip. I followed up with the host via their messaging system, however, did not a response until the last day of our trip after we had remedied the supply issue ourselves. We had a good time in Big Bear and love what the town had to offer but I would like stay at this residence again.
