- excellent location overlooking the nearby lake (great to swim in or cycle around)
- excellent communication with the team- clear instructions received prior to arrival, check in desk easy to find at the entrance of the Belvedere Restaurant, we were talked through the features of the accommodation as well as the car parking arrangements and were given direct WhatsApp access to the team for any questions
- the room/ unit was very spacious, furnished to a high standard, with ample wardrobe space, coffee making facilities and Clarins toiletries
- the bed was very comfortable and the view out of the large terrace glass doors was stunning
- nice terrace to sit and enjoy a drink
- next-door to a fabulous restaurant

Great accommodation
One person works at restaurant which doubles as the reception. Staff are minimal and service very slow. I couldn’t even bother to wait to check out as I knew it would add an hour while they went to find someone. No hotel atmosphere
