Villa was even better than expected from the photos - very spacious, multiple areas to sit and eat, great views from outside terrace. The kitchen was compact and very well equipped for people who like to cook - some basic provisions in the cupboards, good quality, sharp knives (really unusual in a holiday rental), lots of pans, 2 different coffee machines, scales, juicer etc. The outdoor BBQ is perfect for cooking for large groups.
The bedrooms are in a good layout for large family/multiple family groups, with several bath/shower rooms. Beds are comfortable - could do with a few extra pillows etc in cupboards.
Location is far enough out of central Calpe to be quiet but supermarkets are only a couple of minutes away in a car. There's a sandy beach in close walking distance, and it looks like the local marina is being developed with shops and a cafe.
