Overall, stay was fine. We had a good time with family.

Location was beautiful, scenery was amazing, very quiet and peaceful. Close to freeway, small plaza, gas stations and electric stations nearby, and beach/lake near by.

It would've been a great experience if I knew about the HOA amenities sooner rather than getting the information a couple hours before our stay, so we can plan ahead. 2 bathroom doors didn't lock, 1 bedroom door didn't lock, ceiling fans didn't work ( no ac so we were hoping to use the ceiling fans of better circulation ) 1 fan was broken for one of the rooms ( there is no AC , so fans were provided ) patio door didn't lock as well. Flooring/carpet was dirty, pillow cases and linens were also dirty, silverware was also dirty.
