A fantastic location, only 20/25 minute walk to the Colloseum. Big rooms and a nice sized bathroom. The host allowed an early checkin. Beds were comfortable and linen and towels were all clean.
The floors were dirty as were the kitchen and all the crockery and cutlery. A coffee machine was provided, but it didn't work.

Enjoyed the location of the property. We got lucky and found street parking very close to the property when we arrived. A short walk away to buses and the metro. Plenty of option for restaurants, cafes, and major attractions nearby.

The location is good — we could walk to the Colosseum. The staff were very reliable; once when something came up, he showed up quickly and helped us resolve it. Having two bathrooms was also very nice for four people.
