Central location.
Bathroom to narrow and small

Very easy to access. On street parking and very convenient for Largs town centre and seafront. The interior of the accommodation was clean and had all things needed.
The flat is part of a converted terraced cottage. The communal corridor is not very appealing. The bathroom is clean and functional, but the toilet is sqeezed into a tiny space by the shower.

Location is good the main bedroom was good it had good heating...good basics left in kitchen and bathroom..
The fact that the owner reacted positively when we needed better bathroom mats for safety and gave us a refund when my mum was rushed into hospital which meant we had to leave early
The entry hall was disgusting smelly and filthy which put you off straight away...the flat wasn't clean had a few issues I had to bleach the sinks in the kitchen straight away...the fridge needed cleaning as well...the garden was disgusting unusable basically just a bin storage area and the lady upstairs used it for her dogs toilet needs....the bathroom was very badly designed very tight to go to the toilet...the shower has a big step and the mats provided initially were not acceptable but hats off the the owner once we informed her she delivered new better ones...
I had planned to bring my 82 yr old mother down for a few days but decided even with the new mats it was too risky and she's not in the best of health..just as well as she was rushed into hospital during our stay
I think with a little more TLC the garden area could be an asset the other flat next door (same owner) has a small patio area which again needed some TLC...the main entrance really put you off I hoovered and sprayed it just to make it less disgusting
