The location is excellent for accessing the city and the iconic Rozelle and Balmain areas.
The place is full of artistic charm.
Very accommodating of my dog and the nearby park was a bonus.
The host was welcoming and helpful. He attended to an urgent repair in the property prior to my arrival so I could keep my booking.
There were a few small matters which I informed the host about. He was receptive. Overall it was a pleasant stay and met my overnight accommodation needs.

Gorgeous studio flat in a classic local property. Private, yet with a fantastic view towards the City and of the new Parklands and playing fields. Felt very connected to the local area, even just from the veranda.
Decorated with personal touches and artwork obviously from the host’s travels and life, you can see this place is not just set up as an extra income stream, you feel like a true guest in their home.
Being able to bring my two small dogs and having a dog friendly park literally across the road, as well as all the other walking and off leash areas just minutes’ walk away was exceptionally wonderful for the three of us.
Hard to come up with anything. Perhaps just that it could be tricky to balance the water in the shower without extra pipe noise?

Lovely location very private
Just could do with a good dust and vacuum. Pretty dusty in bedroom around bed and bedside tables.
Bathroom needs a good scrub.

Allows dogs, good location, bed clean and comfortable.
The floor was very dirty, it looked like skin flakes were everywhere, and it was rather off putting. Towels were crispy and one had a brown stain area on it. The footsteps from upstairs were very audible. The fridge is right outside the bedroom and makes noise off and on all night. I couldn’t get the top dead bolt on the door to lock at all, and the bottom door handle was also tricky to get to lock. There are steep steps to go up to it that may be difficult for those with mobility issues to navigate.
