We stayed in Unit 3, it was very spacious and nicely furnished. Handy with the 2 aircons. Location was very central to Balmain shops and restaurants.
I think the host may be new as there were some teething problems. Eg confusing Booking.com messages, check-in confusion, but once we got their Whatsapp, was much better. The unit would benefit with some basic cooking items like salt/pepper/oil, also a blanket/throw for use on the couch and a doona cover for added hygiene. The building is in the back of a supermarket parking lot, which felt a bit dodgy at times, access through the main street door would be better (but that door seemed jammed). An allocated outdoor space for Unit3 to get some sun would be lovely given its quite dark on the ground floor.

Location is great, just beside the Supermarket Wool Worth, and lots of shops around that area. Near bus stop too.
Toilet and bathroom only avail on the 2nd floor.

Perfect unit for family with young kids. Unlimited WiFi, big TV to browse from, kitchen, laundry with dryer, 2 baths and 2 rooms. Location was perfect, Woolies right smack in front of the unit for grocery run anytime, bus stop 2 minutes away, and Balmain wharf is only 10 minutes walk, which goes directly to Circular Quay (enjoy the view of Harbour Bridge and Opera House!). You can reach CBD in less than 20 minutes.
