My partner and myself had an incredible stay. Everything was enjoyable and just what we needed for the trip. I will definitely be back as this will be our new hotel we are booking going forward. Excellent service, great stay!
Everything was exceptional. I would recommend adding an ice bucket to the room. Other than that I cannot fault anything with the room or service.

Ótima localização, dá pra ir andando até todos os melhores locais de cape town. Além disso, há varias comodidades próximas, como supermercados, redes de fastfood, lojas 24h, todos a menos de 3 minutos andando. Quarto exatamente como nas fotos, superou nossas expectativas !
Muitos moradores de rua e pedintes nos arredores, principalmente na porta dos restaurantes/lojas. Não é culpa do hotel, mas, se você gosta de caminhar por perto, incomoda um pouco.

We absolutely loved the bed and pillows. Very good quality linens with blankets to provide a comfortable sleep. The LED lights also provided a good ambience to unwind and relax to.
The unfortunate fact that there was no warm water. We tried running the shower at about 9pm but the water never got home. We unfortunately had to go to bed without a proper shower after being out. The next morning before checkout we tried at 7am , still cold. And again about 9am before check out and it still was not heating up. We contacted reception and someone came to advise us on letting the water run a few minutes first. We expressed that we did that and she apologised for the inconvenience. The lady then returned to our room around 9.20am to come and offer us a shower in a different room, which we appreciated but then we already decided to wash with a kettle of water as check out was nearing at 10am. We also were not too comfortable going to another room to shower, but acknowledge the efforts made. Another issue we also had was with the remote note working at times, we suggest leaving some spare batteries in the room in case the next guest runs into the same problem. The dirtbin underneath the table also was not emptied, as we came to find it full of eaten strawberries and some other dirt. It was a bit off-putting but did not bother us as much since it did not emit any bad smells. The lack of a warm shower was the most disappointing part but we hope this can be resolved in future.
