The staff is the best best best quality of the Hotel. We had a marvellous receptionist, Jerome who welcomed us very warmly and made all the necessary arrangements when we had issues.
The location is also good, it's Uber accessible, well frequented and near nice restaurants like Burger and Lobster, The Iron Steak Bar and other nice bars.
The hotel was great, however we felt a bit unlucky as we got a room which was in the emergency a bit gloomy staircase with no view compared to our friends who paid same amount and got a normal room in normal corridors.
Ours was smaller and not soundproof as we heard the bar noises till late on Friday and Saturday nights, compared to our friends who did not heard it as loud as us.
However Jerome the receptionist make his best to better accommodate us in another room but the Hotel was fully booked already.
It seems that your experience can greatly differ based on the room you are. Even for the same price.

The hotel is situated in a good place at the CBD with everything within a Close range. The staff is friendly
The air-conditioning system was not increasing to the heat levels that were needed, it was auto adjusting itself

The style was incredible. Everything was so thoughtfully designed. The access to the restaurant and the bar at the top was so nice!
An incredible shower, self contained space with a kitchen, and super accessible from local restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely giving us great local tips and places to eat.
Would go there again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is super well located. in front of the entrance you can find several pubs, restaurants and bar. there is a vivid night light surrounding. It is also nearby to many attractions, such as Bo-Kaap neighborhood.
there is no way you can park a car near to the hotel, you need to use a public parking lot and it is quite expensive, besides the trouble to move luggage around, the street of the hotel’s entrance is closed for cars, so you need to carry them on.
my reservation has breakfast included but the guy at the reception told me it was not. I escalated to booking.com to solve that and booking.com told me that the hotel “didn’t know anything” - they could’ve been honest at least.
